The simple answer is — not at all.
Yes, Potchefstroom is where we call home. It’s where our photography business is based, where we edit late into the night, drink too much coffee, and plan the next wedding adventure. But when it comes to documenting love stories, we are always ready to pack our bags and hit the road.
My wife and I have always shared a love for travel. There’s something incredibly special about experiencing new places together. Different landscapes, venues, cultures, and people. When you combine that love of travel with what we do as wedding photographers, it becomes something truly meaningful.
Every wedding is unique, and every location tells its own story.
From quiet countryside venues to vibrant city celebrations, from mountain backdrops to coastal sunsets! We absolutely love capturing weddings in different parts of South Africa. Traveling for weddings allows us to see new places, meet incredible people, and document love stories in settings that are completely different from the last.
It’s one of the reasons we started this journey together.
When couples invite us to photograph their wedding somewhere outside Potchefstroom, it feels like we’re being invited into something bigger than just a wedding day. We get to experience their world, their chosen venue, their friends and families, and the place where their story continues.
